Hooray! At long last—the official document of the original Insect Surfers’ seminal Washington, D.C. years! Featuring a veritable potpourri of ‘Techno-Surf Sounds For Youth Under Construction!’ (as the first flyer said!)

Vol. 1 centers around 1981’s Wavelength EP and Vol. 2 around 1983’s Sonar Safari EP and they also include demos, 45 releases and live cuts! Huzzah! The liner notes are fully documented and detailed, with full-color flyer reproductions and other graphics.

The overall sounds of the band was quite different from the present one—it features keyboards and 2/3 vocal tunes.
